5-10-15-20-25 x 4 for time.  If you mess up on any rep you must start over.
Then:

5×20 Push Up, Complete 5 fast reps.  Allow for 2 breaths between sets.
WOD

30 Snatches for time.
Rx+/Rx
135#/95#
Complete 10 Box Jumps on the minute 24/20″.
Post WOD
5:00 Row Cool down/Stretch
Results: 10:00 @ 135#
