3 Front Squat @ 75% 1RM
Super Set with
2 High Box Jump or 198# 20m sled push

Rest 2-3:00

Barbell Double Arm Bent over Row
 
POST WOD
1000m Easy Pace  Row or Run or Ski
Stretch

Results: 175# & sled push
