Pre WOD
Atlas Stone Practice by your coach.
Then, with a partner:
1 Round
2-4-6-4-2 Ground to Shoulder
Rest while your partner completes their reps.  2=1 right shoulder, 1 left shoulder 4=2 right shoulder, 2 left shoulder etc.

50 Reps of each:
Box Jump 24/20″
Jumping Pull Ups
KB Swing 24/16kg
Walking Lunges
Knees to Elbow
Push Press 45/35#
*Band Good Morning or Deadlift  75/55#
Wall Ball 20/14#
50 Burpee
50 DU
