6.7.13 - Chipper 50's

PreWOD:
Agility by your coach, 10:00 minutes of work.  Focus on lateral movements.
WOD:
50 of each.
Calories on Rower
Push Ups
Mountain Climbers
Walking Lunges
Push Press 95/65
Back Squats 95/65
Frog Jumps
Turkish Get Ups 16kg/12kg (25 each side)
Calories on Ski
Time cut off 20:00
Get as far as you can within 20:00, goal is to finish it will be tight.
Score is reps, must follow order of movements.
Post WOD:
Stretch, shoulder and hip mobility.
Results: 353rx, 1st in class
