6.3.13 - Double WOD

WOD:
Pre WOD
4x200m Run rest :20 between
WOD:
10-1
Wall Ball
Burpee
Toes to Bar
Then,
4 Rounds
50 Double Under
5 Burpee
For time.
Post WOD:
2 minute plank, if you fail to make it straight through, complete 50 push ups.
Results:
6:33rx, plank and did optional 50 pushups.
