6.5.13 - Deadlifts

PreWOD
4×5 Wall Walks
Not for time. Rest in between sets so each walk is good. Here we are trying to build shoulder and midline strength without risking injury, move safely and recover in between sets.
6×2 Deadlift @ 80-85% 1rm(Warm up with 3×5 and increase load each set to reach your 2 rep max)
Rest 2:00 Between.
Then,
30 Strict Toes to Bar.  Break this into sets…ie. 10×3
50 Weighted Sit Ups w KB. Break reps into sets.
Post WOD:
3x:30 Prone Cobra
3x:30 Sampson Stretch
Results: 275#

Today is day 3 of a "3 days on, 1 day off" routine that I started this week. Every muscle group in my body is fatigued and I'm really looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. That said, I still had a pretty good workout today.
